Antenatal yoga is a style of yoga specifically designed for pregnant women to practice, regardless of their due date.

The mixture of stretching, controlled breathing and mental focus offers a variety of benefits to expectant mothers. This form of yoga can also increase strength and flexibility in the muscles used during childbirth.

Antenatal yoga may reduce stress levels and improve sleep patterns during pregnancy. It may also alleviate physical discomfort such as nausea, headaches and lower back pain.

Another benefit typically associated with this type of yoga is the way in which the breathing techniques and state of self-awareness learned can help during delivery.

All my antenatal yoga classes run under the name of Mindflow Mama.

A Minflow Mama antenatal yoga class typically includes breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises,  modified yoga postures, gentle stretches, mindful connection with baby and, of course, relaxation!

No need to bring anything as I provide mats, bolsters, cushions etc...

Mindflow Mama also runs free mindfulness classes for expectant mums. Check out my story and upcoming free workshops here:

I am currently on maternity leave.

I will be back soon with regular classes and workshops.
